Exchanges and returns

The deadline to exchange a defective or defective product is seven (7) days.
To do this, simply send an email to sac@fogazzacosmetics.com informing your details and what is happening with your product and the exchange process will begin.

To avoid any issues with your purchase, be aware:

product description and data sheet;
product color (some products have assorted colors and the photo on the site is for illustration only).

Refuse to receive the product and contact us if you find any of the following:

damaged product in transport;
missing accessories or items;
product not in accordance with the order.

Products sent as a gift can only be exchanged under the following conditions:

broken toast;
defective toast.

Here are the rules of this policy and in which situations you can use it:

Return for repentance / withdrawal

The period for withdrawal of the purchase is seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to the law.
The product must be in its original packaging, without evidence of use, without violation of the original seal (if any), accompanied by your invoice, manual and all accessories you have.
In these cases the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty product

If it detects the damage upon delivery, refuse receipt of the product, make a small note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the refusal, and notify our team immediately.
If you detect the damage upon receipt, immediately notify our team and the following conditions must be met:

The products should preferably be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice, manual and accessory, if any.
In these cases the return shipping is the responsibility of Shop Fogazza Cosmetics.

Defective / Exchange Product

The deadline for replacement of the defective product is seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the product.

Within this period, the customer has the right to request the exchange, provided that the product is in its original packaging, without evidence of misuse, accompanied by invoice, manual and all its accessories.
In these cases the return shipping is the responsibility of Shop Fogazza Cosmetics.
If the product purchased on our site is defective after seven (7) days from the date of receipt. But within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you should contact the manufacturer to communicate the fact and get clarification. If you wish you can also go to one of the Technical Assistance or Authorized Service Stations accredited by the manufacturer, indicated in the manual with your invoice.

If the product is not defective and yet there is a desire to exchange, postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Product not in accordance with the order

If you receive any product in disagreement with your order, you should refuse delivery, make a small note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the refusal, and contact our team immediately.

Promotions

For products purchased on sale, if exchange and / or return is required, the amount considered will be that paid for the product and not its original value.
Example: If you purchased an item on sale for $ 100 but its original value was $ 150, then the value considered is $ 100.

Refunds

Final considerations

Shop Fogazza Cosmetics is under no obligation to repair, exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse.

Any problems please contact our team immediately. All returned products undergo a review. Quality Control upon arrival at our Distribution Center, which may take up to 5 (five) business days. The desired product for exchange and / or refund of the amount paid will only be released after approval of our Quality Control. If any discrepancy, misuse, absence of manual / accessories, or product infringement is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice. After reviewing the product you may choose to: refund the full order amount or a Bonus for the full order amount for the next purchase.
